Abitalia offers a series of contracts for gardening, cleaning and building maintenance as well as our repair and maintenance service. In order to set up a contract of this type we must visit and audit your property and go over you needs before being able to provide a quote. There is a one off charge of € 200.00 including IVA for this visit that will be discounted should you take up the contract with us.
If you wish for a one off visit from our ‘Handyman’, ‘Gardener’ or ‘Domestic’ we require you to book and pay in advance for the visit you require. Details of these services can be found through the links above.
Currently we can only guarantee to offer the Abitalia Maintenance services in the Province of Lucca. However we can offer some services in the surrounding provinces of Massa, Pisa, Pistoia and Livorno.
